CHIRK MILL GHOST HUNT

Join us at Chirk Mill in Chirk, North Wales for what promises to be an amazing place to connect to the spirits that still wonder its floors.

The Original Mill was built in the 1300`s during the Tudor/Elizabethan period. The building was improved; however, the remains of the original building can still be seen. The building was raised and was extended during the 1700`s. There was an undershot wheel, which was later replaced with an overshot wheel for greater efficiency.

Sadly, the wheel and the pit have disappeared and are entirely locked off. There have been many repairs to the mill over the centuries, many of which use reclaimed materials. including timber from ships and stone from the Valley Crucis Abbey, new doors and were either made or bricked up. Having reclaimed material brought to the mill will only add the energy to delve into.

Sadly the mill fell into a sorry state and the current owners are trying to restore this back to its former glory and use it fopr their bed and upholstery business called Seventh Heaven.

During the night will be taking advantage of the three main floors, along with the attic and cellar space. Through the night, you be taking part in various experiments and a victotian style Seance as well as Scrying . You will also be able to use some of the teams equipment during the the free time.
